Rule set up screens:

1. Give a specified product as a discount in the cart :

Cart Subtotal : $100 - 1000
Specified Product: Cap (Quantity 1)

2.Automatically select the lowest priced product from the store into the cart.

Cart Subtotal : $100 - 1000
Price Range: Any 1 quantity of lowest priced product from the store.
The lowest priced product from the store will be automatically added to the cart when, the cart subtotal reaches 100 and above.

3. No.of (To be specified) Lowest or Highest priced product, in a specific category as discount.

If you want to give a discount of a specific category when the cart subtotal reaches 100 and above.
This discount applies when the product from the category is added to the cart.
Here given discount in Books category.

4. To get discount of lowest or highest product from the Cart itself.

To give discount in any of the lowest product which is in the cart when the cart subtotal is above $100.

Cart:

This gives discount in the lowest priced account which is added in the cart.
