If you are using Safari as your browser and are trying to cutomize your mail template with the earlier versions of WooCommerce Email Customizer, and if you are not able to save the changes made, please consider upgrading the plugin to the latest versions.

We have included the bug fixes in the recent releases. Once you update to the latest version of the plugin, the issue would be resolved. 

Alternatively, you can also try working on other browsers, if you wish to sustain  with the older version.
