You can be able to set this discount type only with our PRO version

Consider there are three products in your store A, B and C.
C gets a discount only if customer buys 2 from product A and 2 from Product B.

For Example: Buy T-shirt + Denim Jeans and get 20% discount in Cap.

Let's see on how to set such a rule:

Navigate to Woocommerce --> Woo Discount Rules.

Here, select Price based rule and click on "Add new rule".

Step-1 : General tab

Specify a rule name and choose Dependent product based discount as your discount method.

Step-2 : Condition tab

Discount condition is that, if I purchase each Tshirt and Denim jeans, you get 20% discount in Cap.

So the condition should be like

Buy = Each - More than 1
Product(s)  from = Tshirt and denim jeans
Get discount in = Cap

Step-3 : Discount tab

Choose discount type - Percent and set the discount value - 20
Save the rule.

Step-4 : Frontend demo

What if you only want to apply discount on the First quantity of Product C ?

What if you want to charge one quantity of C and the rest of the quantities with a discount ?

Use Skip first quantity option to specify the quantities that needs to be changed.

Note:
Similarly, there are different conditions you can set:
For Example:
Buy any (product A or product B) more than 2 and get discount in Product C
Buy each(product A or product B) equal 2 and get discount in first quantity  Product C
Buy combine(product A or product B) less than 5 and get discount in Skip first quantity  Product C.
