Let us see what are the transactional email notifications which are sent through Loyalty points are rewards plugin and when?
Loyalty points and rewards plugin system send out 4 email notification.
- Points Earned email.
- Points earned for referral by Friend
- Points earned for referral by advocate
- Expiry email.
🏅 Earn Points email:
This email notification will be sent when a customer earns the points.
When a user purchased a product from your store and earns points, an email notification will be sent to the user about the points they have earned.
🏅 Points earned for referral by Friend
This email is sent to the friend when the friend makes a purchase using the referral link from an advocate.
🏅 Points earned for referral by advocate
This email is sent to the advocate when his friend makes a purchase using his referral link
🏅 Expiry email:
This email will be sent as per the Expiry notification set for the points from settings.
Loyalty points-> Settings -> Earn points for purchase action:
"Notify customers" - the settings for the email to be after. Set the days of Months after which the notification has to be sent from the purchase date of the order.
Please make sure, that you have enabled these emails from Woocommerce -> Settings -> Emails.
