Sometimes you may want to export the email templates. For instance, you might have designed the email template in your staging site and wanted to just copy these templates to your production site.

On other occasions, you might just want to take a backup of your email templates just for the safekeeping of your email design.

This guide will walk you through the process of exporting and backing up the email templates.

Both the export and import options can be done in a single click.

Go to Woocommerce --> Email Customizer Plus.

Export or Backup :

Here in the Customizer Tab, you can see the button Export.

Alternatively, if you want to export all the templates, you can click on Export All Button.

When the export/export all templates are clicked, the templates that you have designed will be saved as .mjml file.

That is all!! You have now exported all your email templates :-)

Import Templates:

Choose the email template on which you want to import.
Here, I am choosing the New Order Email template.

Here you can see an icon import.

Choose the file and click on the import option right away!

So simple, isn't it !!

Note :

  • You can import only mjml files in the import.

  • Only .mjml files are supported in our plugin.
